PS’s knowledge of building laws and Government functioning have always accelerated plan sanctions. And, in my case, it ‘revived’ lapsed plans. Bringing tremendous benefit to me as a joint venture partner.

Since I was permanently residing in Delhi away from my ancestral property located on Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata, our building plan expired before the proposed building could come up.

In the meanwhile, as my construction entitlement (FAR) had reduced drastically, I was likely to lose a lot of money as well as lose on the value of my property if I had to seek permission for a new sanction. In desperation, I approached several developers and architects to get my plan renewed but nobody seemed to be able to help.

I was 32 and newly married when I liquidated my shares and bought a 1600 square feet apartment at Windsor Manor promoted by PS.
