To reward the excellent performances in the industry, CNBC AWAAZ, CRISIL and CREDAI have joined forces for Real Estate Awards 2010 - India's Biggest and most credible real estate awards.

The elite awards would identify and honor the professionals who have envisioned and created marvels in the real estate industry to create a mark of India’s development on the map of the world. It's a gesture to celebrate the magnificent architecture and intricate interiors of Indian industry by honoring individuals or organizations in the fields - Builders / Real Estate Developers, Architect and Interior designers.

CNBC AWAAZ, CRISIL and CREDAI presented India’s most distinguished awards for excellence in the Real estate sector yesterday night at Singapore at a glittering Awards ceremony at Hotel MarinaBay Sands. Sherwood Estate, developed by three reputed real estate giants – PS Group, Srijan Group and Heritage Realty Group, located at Garia, South Kolkata was awarded for the category of Best Residential Property In Eastern India. The awards was received by Mr. Saurav Dugar & Mr Harsh Patodia on behalf of Sherwood Estate Developers from the hands of Shri Kamal Nath, Honorable Urban development Minister and Mr. Sanjay Pugalia, Editor-in-chief, CNBC Awaaz.
